One of the best coffees of 2026 is here! Vanilla Crumble belongs to the category of coffees that will absolutely blow your mind. At least, that's what it did to us.

We created this blend by combining a fruit- and enzyme-fermented Colombian coffee with a washed Ethiopian coffee to achieve a beautifully balanced final cup. The result is an incredibly sweet, fruit-forward profile that tastes like it's from another galaxy.

Tasting notes:

Vanilla, cherries, and disco.

Processing:

Vanilla Crumble is a blend of two exceptional coffees.

The fermented Colombian coffee first undergoes a 48-hour "activation" phase in hermetically sealed plastic tanks, allowing the coffee cherries to better respond to the next stage of processing. The cherries are then depulped, and the beans, together with the remaining mucilage, are fermented with enzymes, dried cherries, and sugarcane juice. This combination creates an exceptionally intense and distinctive flavour profile. To ensure maximum consistency and precision, the coffee is then mechanically dried under carefully controlled temperatures.

The washed Ethiopian coffee follows a more traditional process. After depulping, it is fermented in water tanks without any added ingredients and then dried on African raised beds.

Best for:

A fantastic choice for the Hoop, Pulsar, V60, batch brew, AeroPress, or any other filter brewing method. It also makes an outstanding espresso.

Barista's recommendation:

For the best flavour, brew with water at 100°C (212°F). The idea that hotter water "burns" coffee is a myth—we roast our coffee at around 600°C, so brewing water simply cannot burn it. For the best results, always use filtered or bottled water with an alkalinity of 60–80 ppm.

Good to know:

For filter coffee, wait at least 7 days after the roast date before brewing. Once you open the bag for the first time, let it rest for at least 4 hours before preparing your coffee. This allows excess CO₂ to escape and helps prevent unwanted bitter notes in the cup.
