The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer at the agreed price, and the Buyer is obliged to accept the goods and pay the purchase price.
The delivery of goods according to the order will take place depending on product availability and the Seller’s operating capacity, within the shortest possible time, usually within the period specified below.
The Buyer is obliged to accept the delivered goods. Failure to do so is considered a breach of the General Terms and Conditions by the Buyer. In such a case, the Seller is entitled to prevent the Buyer from making further purchases using the “cash on delivery” option, i.e. without payment of the purchase price before dispatch of the ordered goods. The Seller is also entitled to demand compensation for any damages caused. Once the Seller receives the Buyer’s order, the delivery period begins to run. Non-working days, public holidays, and the time required for transport are not included in this period. Since transport is not carried out by the Seller, its duration cannot be influenced in any way.
Delivery of the product means handover for transport in the manner chosen by the Buyer.
The usual delivery time from receipt of the order until dispatch to the Buyer’s address is 5 working days, provided the order is placed by 11:00 a.m. on a working day. In exceptional cases, the delivery period may be longer.
The place of delivery is the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
The Seller retains ownership of the goods, and the Buyer only becomes the owner after full payment of the purchase price.
Any damage to the goods occurring after the risk of damage has passed to the Buyer does not affect the Buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price, unless the Seller caused the damage by breaching their obligations.
The shipment of goods usually includes an instruction manual in Czech and a warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer). If the supplier does not include a warranty card, a tax document—invoice or delivery note—is sufficient.
The Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:
– PPL Parcelshop CZ CZK 99
– PPL Home Delivery CZ CZK 99
– Zásilkovna CZ CZK 99
– Personal Pickup, Drážní 253/7, Brno CZK 0
– PPL Parcel within EU CZK 180
The cost of delivery depends on the method chosen. The Buyer selects the delivery method when placing the order. The available methods are listed above in these General Terms and Conditions. The price list and further explanation of these delivery methods (except for Personal Pickup) can be found at www.ppl.cz and www.zasilkovna.cz.
The Seller recommends that the Buyer carefully inspect the goods immediately upon receipt from the carrier. If the packaging is damaged or there are other signs suggesting possible damage to the goods, the Seller recommends refusing the shipment or making a damage report with the person delivering the shipment. If the Buyer does not raise objections without undue delay, the Seller may claim compensation for damages incurred as a result of the delay. A written damage report will facilitate resolution of any potential complaint.
By signing the delivery receipt from the carrier, the Buyer agrees to accept the goods and confirms that the shipment is not mechanically damaged. For this reason, it is essential to carefully inspect the packaging before signing.
If, for reasons on the Buyer’s side, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different manner than stated in the order, the Buyer is obliged to bear the costs associated with repeated delivery or the alternative delivery method.
