The founder and heart of Fiftybeans is barista and roaster Roman Nejedlý. When our coffee reaches your table, you know it’s from him. He’s the one who checked and selected the farmers, inspected the beans, and crafted the beautiful flavor profile. All roasting happens under his supervision, ensuring each coffee maintains its unique flavor across seasons. He loves coming up with new ways to enhance your coffee experience.
