How it tastes:
Notes of stone fruit, flowers, citrus, and chocolate cookies.
Composition:
Currently, as Lily, we roast a washed Heirloom from the Yirgacheffe region.
Best for:
A great choice for Hoop, Pulsar, V60, batch brew, Aeropress, or other coffee brewing methods. Also great for espresso.
Barista’s recommendation:
“You'll get the best flavors when brewing Lily with water at 100°C. The idea that higher temperatures can ‘burn’ the beans is a myth. We roast them at 600°C, so there’s no way you can ‘burn’ them.”
Good to know:
For the best experience, wait at least 7 days after roasting before brewing filter coffee. After opening the bag for the first time, let it air out for at least 4 hours before brewing to avoid unwanted bitter notes in the flavor.
Package contents:
The package contains roasted Arabica coffee beans in the selected amount.
