Fellow Aiden is a compact coffee brewer that packs the functionality of much larger café machines.
Thanks to technological advancements, you can now have a programmable batch brewer at home, in the office, or a small café—just like its larger counterparts.
Aiden supports two types of filter baskets:
A smaller Melitta-style size 4 basket, ideal for brewing 1–2 servings of coffee (10 pcs. in the box).
A larger flat-bottom Behmor-style basket, which allows you to brew up to 10 servings of filter coffee (10 pcs. in the box).
The machine lets you adjust blooming, the number of brewing cycles, and the temperature for each cycle. When you set your desired brew volume, Aiden suggests the appropriate amount of ground coffee based on a preset brew ratio, and automatically divides the water doses according to the selected cycle settings—so you don’t have to tweak it every time.
Thanks to the large water tank, you don’t need to add water manually for each program—the machine draws the exact amount it needs.
When brewing starts, Aiden will also display a countdown so you know exactly when your coffee will be ready.
