Do you prefer a mega-dense, fluffy espresso with tons of crema and zero acidity?
Congratulations — you’ve just found it.
Ganze Bohne is our trip to the birthplace of espresso. To the mythical valley known as 50/50.
The blend combines high-quality Brazilian arabica with fine Ugandan canephora, both naturally processed.
We roast both coffees to suppress acidity while preserving a round, full character. It’s the perfect coffee for anyone who hasn’t yet found the courage to fully step into the world of light roasts. What do you think?
For the best beans for a proper presso, you don’t need to go abroad anymore — you can get them from us. Mum, dad, grandma, grandpa, and all other lovers of classic espresso will definitely appreciate this coffee too.
So grazie, a presto!

Barista’s recommendation:
For automatic machines
Set the grind size to the second-finest setting. If your machine is older than 4 years, choose the finest setting. Set the water temperature to medium. Choose an espresso output of 45 ml. Adjust the output to taste.
For espresso machines
Set the pressure to 6 bars and the temperature to 88 °C. Grind 18 g of coffee and extract 42 g of espresso in 30 seconds. Adjust the yield to taste.
Good to know:
For espresso preparation, always use beans at least 10 days after the roast date. After first opening, let the bag air out for at least 24 hours before brewing. This helps prevent unwanted bitter notes.
Package contents:
The package contains roasted whole-bean arabica and robusta coffee in the selected quantity.
